Roles and Responsibilities

Assist customers with planning and booking their ideal travel itineraries

Proficiently use GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Worldspan)

Handle ticketing tasks including issuance, re-issuance, date and schedule changes, and refunds
-
Convert PPC calls into successful sales through active engagement and negotiation

Customize travel plans according to client needs
-
Maintain detailed guest profiles and travel databases
-
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
-
Provide top-tier customer service and resolve travel-related issues
-
Follow up on leads and client queries consistently

Coordinate with airline representatives and manage assertive client interactions
Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year experience in US Voice Process – Inbound Travel Sales

In-depth knowledge of global geography (city codes, airports, train stations, etc.)

Strong familiarity with international travel processes and systems

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Confident in negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving

Goal-driven with a customer-first attitude
