We are hiring for a Customer Service Role at Asian Heart Hospital, BKC. This is a front-facing, non-clinical position open to freshers and candidates with prior experience. The primary responsibility includes effective communication and support to patients and visitors, ensuring excellent service standards.

Education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) minimum

1–2 years of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred

Prior experience in international voice process is a plus
