Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly qualified Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team with 1+ years of experience in solar projects, sales, and marketing. As part of our Solar Energy Company, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- Conducting site visits and submitting quotes.
- Following up with clients and ensuring proper communication.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Handling documentation and paperwork related to sales.
- Following up on payments and ensuring timely collection.
- Driving revenue generation for the company.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in solar projects, sales, and marketing (freshers can also apply).
- Lead generation, marketing, and sales experience is required.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E., B.Tech, B.B.A. in Marketing, M.B.A. in Marketing, B.Sc., B.Com).
- Skills:
- Sales-driven, analytical, creative, and result-oriented.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about the company's growth potential.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is required.
