Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and executing innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.

Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
Sales:

Identify and pursue potential clients, nurture relationships, and close deals.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while meeting client needs.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and client retention.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve collective goals.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).

1+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or campaign management.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
