Location: Delhi, Delhi (North Region)

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves 100% field sales in the North region and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.

Initiate contact with potential clients and build relationships by understanding their needs.

Set up meetings, conduct product demos, and follow up with existing clients.

Client Management:
-
Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their concerns or requirements.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Reporting and Analysis:
-
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports with critical targets, trends, and analysis.

Provide a detailed customer and competitor mapping in monthly reports.

Prepare reports as per ISO standards, such as inquiry, sample, order monitoring, customer satisfaction, and complaint register.

Travel & Negotiation:

Manage daily travel expenses and submit expense sheets to the head.

Negotiate and close deals effectively, handling complaints and objections.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, production, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets.

Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).

Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales (Preferred).

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Preferred).

Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel 75% of the time (Preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
