Qamaroun is a leading video production company specializing in creating high-impact video content for corporate clients. We empower businesses in the UAE to achieve their marketing and communication objectives through creative storytelling, cinematic quality, and strategic video solutions.
The Sales/Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding market presence in the UAE. This role involves prospecting, client relationship management, and executing the sales process to achieve business goals.
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within various industries (e.g., Real Estate, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail & E-commerce).
Utilize methods such as LinkedIn outreach, networking, online research, and referrals.
Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct needs analysis and offer video solutions based on client goals.
Provide ongoing communication and support through the sales cycle.
3. Sales Process Execution:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals outlining project scope, timeline, pricing, and ROI.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
4. Market Awareness and Reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports, including weekly activity, pipeline, and performance reports.
5. Collaboration:
Work with Sales Partner/Manager to develop sales strategies and set KPIs.
Collaborate with Project Management to ensure smooth project scoping and client expectations.
Provide feedback to Marketing on content needs and lead generation strategies.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in a related industry preferred.

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, Zoho)
Ability to understand video production concepts
Strong business acumen
