Sales Caller – Remote Position
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in market research, lead generation, and telesales, with a strong ability to engage and convert potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold & warm calls to potential leads and prospects.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research and cold calling.
- Maintain and update a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
- Effectively present and promote our company’s services to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights for improvements.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Caller, Telemarketer, or similar sales role.
- Background in market research, lead generation, or data collection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage customers, handle objections, and close sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in the US Market is mandatory.
Experience Required:
- Telesales: 2 years (preferred)
- Market research: 1 year (preferred)

- Remote (Work from home)
