- Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month (+ incentives, commission, and accomplishment bonus)

Role Overview
India IVF Fertility in Gurgaon, Delhi, is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Financial Consultant to guide patients through their IVF treatment journey by providing financial counseling and ensuring a seamless clinic experience. The consultant will be responsible for understanding patient financial concerns, offering tailored solutions, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
???? Financial Advisory
- Provide personalized financial counseling to patients, explaining IVF treatment costs and available payment plans.
- Assist in planning and executing various marketing strategies to attract potential patients.
???? Sales & Conversion
- Communicate the advantages of IVF packages to potential patients and convert inquiries into confirmed treatments.
- Set specific goals and monitor performance to achieve targets.
???? Patient Support & Complaint Handling
- Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain trust and rapport.
- Ensure every patient has access to the required treatment program components.
???? Collaboration & Relationship Management
- Work closely with the medical team to address any administrative or financial concerns.
- Maintain strong patient relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
✅ Experience: 2-5 years in financial counseling, healthcare sales, or IVF consulting
✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, empathetic manner
✅ Sales & Conversion: Proven ability to turn inquiries into confirmed sales
✅ Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle patient complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
✅ Empathy: Compassionate approach, understanding the emotional and financial challenges patients face
