As a Sales Associate at Sapaad, you will engage with restaurant owners and entrepreneurs who are eager to grow their businesses. By introducing them to Sapaad’s innovative solutions, you will help them optimize operations, increase profits, and stay ahead in a competitive industry.

This role is more than just selling—it’s about educating, advising, and building relationships with business owners who rely on technology for success.

Key Responsibilities

???? Own the initial step in the sales process by connecting with potential customers (Inbound & Outbound).
???? Engage with restaurant owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
???? Understand customer needs, educate them about Sapaad, and generate interest in our solutions.
???? Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
???? Schedule product demos and coordinate appointments for Product Specialists.
???? Develop a strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

Freshers (0-1 year experience), preferably from BBA, Psychology, or Engineering backgrounds.
Excellent spoken & written English is a must.
✔ Strong interpersonal & communication skills to initiate and build conversations effortlessly.
✔ A quick thinker with adaptability to dynamic conversations.
✔ Self-motivated, with a passion for sales, problem-solving, and personal growth.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel (domestically/internationally) for customer meetings if required.
