Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to Saviynt’s growth. Recently ranked in the top third of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing companies in the US, Saviynt seeks an SDR who can identify and generate sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well under pressure, and possesses an understanding of sales prospecting tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive Saviynt’s growth by prospecting and generating leads in the Identity Governance, Application GRC, and Cloud Privileged Access Management spaces.

  • Make outstanding first impressions with prospective customers via phone, email, video, or in-person.

  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and motivate yourself and teammates to succeed.

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads.

  • Continuously learn and grow with guidance from industry experts in a dynamic and open environment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of successful experience in technology sales development.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

    • Strong relationship selling skills with the ability to multi-task.

    • Experience prospecting into Fortune 500 companies.

    • Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    • Proficient in CRM applications.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

  • Remote Work: This is a remote position, and the candidate must be able to work remotely effectively and efficiently.


Security & Privacy Literacy:

If required for this role, you will:

  • Complete security and privacy literacy training during onboarding and annually thereafter.

  • Review and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures, including (but not limited to):

    • Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy

    • Incident Response Policy/Procedures

    • Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures

    • Mobile Device Policy

    • Account Management Policy

    • Access Control Policy

    • Personnel Security Policy

    • Privacy Policy
