???? What You’ll Do

1. Product Expertise & Technical Discovery

  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the Whatfix product portfolio and its competitive landscape.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to analyze customer needs.
  • Create and deliver powerful product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and customers.

2. Pre-Sales & Sales Support

  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Successfully manage and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs) remotely or on-site.
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs with functional and technical details.
  • Address technical objections and articulate the value and ROI delivered by Whatfix solutions.

3. Evangelism & Customer Engagement

  • Represent Whatfix products at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
  • Evangelize Whatfix solutions to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Effectively communicate with customers across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance product-market fit.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the Product Management team for feature enhancements.
  • Stay updated with web technologies, SaaS trends, and software development best practices.

???? What You Need to Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Web Development
✅ Strong understanding of front-end development
✅ Hands-on experience with:

  • HTML5, CSS3 (Animation, Grid, Flexbox)
  • JavaScript (ES5, ES6, and beyond)
    ✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (strongly preferred)
    ✅ Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
    ✅ Experience in implementing software solutions for large enterprises
    ✅ Knowledge of high-performance software and SaaS business models
    ✅ Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
    ✅ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    ✅ Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally

✔ Familiarity with SaaS business models
✔ Experience in technical consulting or enterprise software implementation
