???? Position: Sales Executive – AI Training Programs & Franchise Development
???? Location: Mumbai (Hybrid/On-site) | Remote Option Available
???? Job Type: Full-time
????️ Schedule: Evening Shift | Night Shift
???? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (plus incentives)
???? Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Training Course Sales (Direct-to-Consumer):
-
Drive enrollments for AI courses in India & the USA
-
Conduct webinars, info sessions, and course demos
-
Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments
2. Franchise Development & Onboarding:
-
Identify potential franchisees in Tier 1 & Tier 2 Indian cities
-
Pitch training franchise opportunities and guide them through onboarding
-
Build strong, ongoing relationships to ensure partner success
3. Institutional/College Partnerships:
-
Approach colleges and universities for training collaborations
-
Coordinate with placement cells, academic heads, and deans
-
Negotiate and close MoUs or revenue-sharing partnerships
???????? Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
-
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, EdTech, skill development, or institutional training

Tech-Savvy: Understanding of AI/ML concepts and able to communicate their value

Communication: Excellent spoken & written English; regional languages are a plus

Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
