Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Experience: Fresher or 1+ year in international sales preferred
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive International Sales Executive to join our growing remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads, and ensure seamless onboarding for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and handle inbound calls with potential clients from the US

Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products or services

Follow up on leads and close sales

Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, sales, and client communication in CRM

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Requirements:

Excellent spoken English communication skills (Required)

Prior experience in international BPO or US sales (Preferred)

Comfortable working night shifts

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated

High-speed internet and a quiet home work setup
