Job Title: Customer Engagement Executive – Telecalling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Schedule: Day Shift | Night Shift
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Executive. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, engaging potential leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:

Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers

Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism

Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions
2. Lead Management:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Update CRM systems with contact information and outcomes

Follow up with leads to build relationships and drive conversions
3. Performance & Reporting:

Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes and sales conversions

Prepare regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional communication/sales training is a plus)

Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles

Excellent verbal communication and clear telephone etiquette

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools

(Optional) Knowledge of astrology or spirituality is a bonus
