Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional with experience in Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in the Delhi NCR region (Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi). The role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, mentoring a high-performing sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will also analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for Home Loans and LAP. -
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. -
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. -
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Required Candidate Profile:

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Home Loan/LAP sales in the NCR region (preferably in fintech, banks, NBFCs, or DSA channels). -
Industry:
Experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Telecaller roles. -
