We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead who can drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and help scale the company’s customer base in the B2B space.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and coach the Inside Sales Team to build a strong and active sales pipeline.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Meet with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the Operations Manager.
Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status.
Guide customers on Internet Leased Line and enterprise internet solutions.
Direct high-value prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
Foster a positive, target-driven, and ethical work culture within the team.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, ISP, or IT services.
Strong knowledge of technical/Internet-based services is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve/exceed sales goals.
Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Competitive salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience.
