Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Sales Manager for a Life Insurance Company based in Chandigarh and Shimla. The role involves managing and guiding agents, ensuring quality life insurance policies, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Agent/IM Management:
Supervise, guide, and control agents/IMs within your hierarchy regarding their life insurance business. -
Policy Quality Control:
Ensure the quality of life insurance policies sourced by agents/IMs under your guidance. -
Compliance Responsibility:
Be vicariously responsible for all acts of omission and commission by the agents/IMs under your hierarchy. -
Recruitment & Training:
Identify, recruit, and manage agents. Provide training to help agents understand market trends and products. -
Performance Monitoring:
Review and monitor agent performance, motivating them to achieve business targets through customer engagement. -
Client Relationship Management:
Regularly meet with existing customers to maintain service standards and enhance business relationships. -
Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement strategies to increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. -
Customer Acquisition:
Seek new customers and work on increasing sales through various marketing channels.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:
0-7 years of experience in a Sales Development or Life Insurance role. -
Education:
Graduate (10+2+3) or Post Graduate in any discipline. -
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the life insurance industry or any other sales-related role is necessary. -
Local Knowledge:
Candidates with knowledge of the local market will be preferred. -
