Location: Remote (Delhi preferred)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
Shift: Day shift


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our lithium-ion battery sales efforts in the 2-wheeler (2W) and 3-wheeler (3W) electric vehicle (EV) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving strategic growth in the electric mobility market.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in the 2W and 3W EV sectors.

  • Identify and target OEMs, fleet operators, EV assemblers, and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.

  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

  • Provide input to product development and pricing strategies based on market needs.

Technical Support & Coordination:

  • Work closely with R&D and technical teams to ensure product suitability and customization.

  • Provide first-level technical support and product training to customers.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Manage contracts, quotations, and follow-up for collections and post-sales support.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: 5+ years in EV, battery, automotive, or related industrial sales.

  • Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, EV applications, and the 2W/3W segment.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market development.
