Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining the features and benefits of our services, and handling client complaints. The goal is to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and maintain strong relationships for repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Explain the features and benefits of our services to prospective clients.
- Address client complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and close leads with interested clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Update client information accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the client base.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in a telesales role.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain focused on achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
Compensation:
₹20,141.01 - ₹30,309.25 per month
