Job Responsibilities:
We are a leading manufacturer of paint brushes, paint rollers, and painting tools in India. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in the Nagercoil region. While experience in the home improvement or paint store industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. As the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Promoting and branding our products in the market.
- Building relationships with home improvement stores and retail partners.
- Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities.
- Managing advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborating with sales teams to drive product sales.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing (preferred).
- Experience in home improvement or paint store fields is an advantage but not necessary.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and marketing skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Location:
- Candidates living in and around Nagercoil will be given preference.
- Travel Requirement:
- Willingness to travel 100%.
