Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Executive – Decorative Paint

Job Type:

  • Tambaram, Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (In-person)

Salary:

  • ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month (3 LPA including incentives and allowances)

Shift & Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Desired Profile:

Geographical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the assigned market.
Transport: Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
Age Preference: Below 26 years preferred.
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred).
Experience: Freshers are welcome.
Languages Required: Tamil, English.
Gender Preference: Male.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Business Development

  • Identify potential dealers, painters, contractors, engineers, and direct consumers (homeowners, builders, architects).
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.

2. Sales Execution & Revenue Generation

  • Promote Bubbl Paints and explain energy cost-saving benefits to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations & presentations for dealers and end-users.
  • Convert inquiries into sales orders by effectively communicating product benefits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Assist dealers in stock planning to ensure regular product availability.
  • Provide after-sales service and support.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely product delivery.

5. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Participate in sales campaigns, dealer meets, painter meets, and trade fairs.
  • Distribute brochures, samples, and promotional materials to potential customers.
  • Educate dealers and customers on Bubbl Paints' advantages over traditional paints.

6. Payment & Credit Follow-up

  • Follow up with dealers and customers for timely payments.
  • Maintain records of invoices, collections, and credit limits.

7. Team Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager & team to achieve goals.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance sales and product knowledge.
  • Adapt to new sales strategies and market dynamics.
