Job Description
Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with over 2,600 skilled engineers, focusing on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project management, system testing, installation supervision, documentation, and commissioning.
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to offer solutions for country/region-specific customers.
✅ Work closely with Product Group Territory Marketing & Service Sales Managers for the global market.
✅ Analyze customer needs using market information and data from Service FES/Territory Managers.
✅ Ensure that all proposals follow Hitachi Energy procedures and guidelines.
✅ Review Offers/Quotations, assess technical requirements, and define the scope of supply.
✅ Prepare data sheets, technical clarifications, and comments on customer specifications.
✅ Develop comprehensive commercial quotations with strategic pricing considerations.
✅ Support Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in responding to proposal clarifications.
✅ Coordinate with design, project management, and supply chain teams for tendering activities.
✅ Conduct cost and lost proposal analysis to improve future offerings.
✅ Maintain data quality in Salesforce (SFDC) and guide ASMs on pricing strategies.
Requirements:
✔ 7 to 9 years of professional experience in Sales & Tendering within the Power Grid Market.
✔ Expertise in Circuit Breakers (EHV, GIS), EPC, or High/Medium Voltage electrical products.
✔ Proficiency in Sales & Tendering tools.
✔ Strong understanding of Power Grid Market & System offerings.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English.
