???? About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience & Social Media Associate to build exceptional customer relationships, enhance program visibility through videography, and support communication efforts. You’ll work closely with mentors, coaches, and clients to elevate customer engagement and increase sales.
???? Responsibilities & Duties
✔ Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication.
✔ Work with your mentor to identify growth opportunities.
✔ Highlight program benefits and understand customer needs to boost sales.
✔ Visit the coach’s office once a week and use basic videography & editing skills to enhance program visibility. (Training provided)
✔ Collaborate with coaches to create engaging video content.
✔ Plan, film, and edit videos showcasing coaching insights, training sessions, and success stories.
✔ Maintain regular communication with coaches and align social media efforts with their goals.
✔ Implement email automation, WhatsApp broadcasts, and communication strategies.
✔ Co-host Zoom meetings with clients for smooth interactions.
✔ Coordinate and schedule client meetings & reminders.
✔ Engage with clients through WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram.
???? Eligibility Criteria
???? Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 2 years of customer support experience.
✅ Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
✅ Interest in social media management & videography (Training provided).
✅ Proficiency in Google Docs & Spreadsheets.
