Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with a strong background in commercial sales and solid experience in residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of industry experience and a proven track record in sales, market analysis, and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation:

  • Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

  • Assess client needs, financial status, and investment objectives.

  • Offer expert advice on property valuations, market conditions, and investment potential.

Negotiation & Transaction Management:

  • Negotiate deals, contracts, and lease/purchase agreements.

  • Ensure legal and documentation compliance during the closing process.

  • Liaise with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and legal teams.

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Deliver excellent service to maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Stay current with market trends, laws, and zoning regulations.

  • Share insights and strategies with internal teams to align business goals.

Commercial Real Estate Focus:

  • Perform market research and demographic and financial analysis.

  • Provide strategic advice to businesses regarding optimal locations.

  • Lead lease negotiations and commercial property transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on real estate sales experience (required).

    • 3–4 years overall experience, with a strong preference for commercial real estate expertise.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
