Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare call center. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and achieving sales goals. This position is essential for building strong patient relationships, driving service utilization, and ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare services.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Calls: Provide accurate information and support related to healthcare services, appointments, and patient concerns.

  • Outbound Calls: Express appreciation, gather feedback, resolve issues, and confirm or reschedule appointments.

  • Sales Engagement: Promote services and products effectively, meet or exceed sales targets, and leverage upselling opportunities.

  • Multichannel Support: Assist patients via email and chat, providing prompt responses and necessary follow-up.

  • Documentation: Accurately document all patient interactions in compliance with company policies.

  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and stay updated on healthcare protocols.


Job Requirements:

Education and Certifications:

  • Completion of at least 2 years of college or equivalent training and certifications.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience (required).

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Knowledge of EMRs (e.g., eClinicalWorks) and HIPAA regulations (a plus).

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

  • Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality practices.

  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable wired internet connection with at least 100 Mbps speed.

  • Computer/laptop with at least Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM.

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).

  • Clear webcam (720p or better) and microphone for communication.

  • Antivirus software and optional VPN for data security.

  • Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to confirm and schedule appointments, upsell services, and collect feedback.

  • Provide patient support via email, SMS, and chat in a timely manner.

  • Resolve patient concerns promptly and efficiently.

  • Follow up with patients regarding upcoming visits and appointments.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers regarding patient care.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and document interactions.

  • Utilize automation and AI tools to improve efficiency.

  • Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities.

  • Be flexible with shifting schedules and willing to work overtime if necessary.
