Della Adventure & Resorts is India’s largest extreme adventure park and a luxurious destination resort located in Lonavala. Our brand stands for excellence, unforgettable experiences, and bespoke luxury. As we expand our footprint in North India, we are seeking a seasoned and well-connected Sales Manager to drive luxury bookings, corporate events, and destination weddings.
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Manager with a strong background in luxury hotel or resort sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business from both B2B and B2C segments in the Delhi NCR region. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Delhi or Gurgaon and have a solid network within the local hospitality and corporate ecosystem.
Drive sales for Della Adventure & Resorts by targeting HNIs, corporates, event planners, wedding planners, and travel agents in the Delhi NCR region.
Develop and implement strategic B2B and B2C sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate houses, luxury travel agencies, and event management firms.
Represent the brand at trade shows, roadshows, client meetings, and networking events across NCR.
Prepare customized proposals for corporate offsites, private bookings, and destination weddings.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and top-notch client servicing.
Submit timely sales reports and performance updates to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort sales (preferably in Delhi NCR).
Skills & Attributes:
Strong network of corporate clients, travel agents, and wedding/event planners in the region.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable in a remote work environment with a dedicated home office setup.
Willingness to travel occasionally to the resort for site visits and familiarization trips.
Preferred Background:
Experience with premium hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Exposure to handling high-end clients and organizing luxury experiences or destination events.
