Job Title: Sales & Support Executive
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Location: Remote (Night Shifts)
Shift: Night Shift, Day Shift
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Drive sales by establishing strong client relationships and showcasing the value of services.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Handle calls and maintain CRM records efficiently.
Application Support:
-
Submit applications within specified turnaround times (TATs).
-
Resolve client inquiries regarding applications and ensure smooth operations.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ensure the applications are running as expected.
Client Relationship Management:
-
Ensure excellent client satisfaction throughout the process by providing timely updates and continuous support.

Follow up post-process to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for potential improvement.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
-
Experience in sales or application roles, preferably in migration.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Basic understanding of relevant processes and workflows.

Willingness to work during night shifts and ability to adapt to different time zones and client needs.

Flexible and adaptable to working in night shifts.
