???? Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving revenue and ensuring performance targets are met. The role is suited for a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales leadership and a collaborative approach.

Note: This is an in-office, non-field role.


???? Key Responsibilities:

????‍????‍???? Team Leadership & Coaching:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 sales representatives

  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill-building workshops

  • Foster a competitive yet team-oriented culture

????️ Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Implement sales strategies to exceed monthly/quarterly quotas

  • Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, deal size, and pipeline health

  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and conversion

???? Process Optimization:

  • Streamline workflows using CRM tools

  • Apply best practices to improve win rates

???? Reporting & Accountability:

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance and revenue reports

???? Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Handle escalations and high-value deals

  • Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing and Product


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Prior EdTech experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics

  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
