???? Role Overview – Sales Team Manager:

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team while also handling individual sales targets. This is a non-field, in-office role combining team leadership with hands-on selling.


???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to meet or exceed targets

  • Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular team reviews

  • Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and performance-driven culture

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to maximize individual effectiveness

???? Individual Sales Contributions:

  • Actively engage in end-to-end sales: prospecting, lead qualification, and closing

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key clients

  • Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities

???? Strategy & Reporting:

  • Track and manage sales metrics using CRM tools

  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

  • Implement strategies to optimize pipeline progress and boost conversions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, including leadership experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus

  • High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Ability to balance team management and personal performance
