Role: Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
Your Responsibilities
???? Solution Design & Development
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and External Integrations
- Follow Salesforce best practices and software development lifecycle processes
- Provide design estimations, documentation, and technical specifications
???? Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and lead development teams
- Work with functional teams through all phases of delivery
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, demos, and winning solutions
???? Process Optimization & Agile Development
- Ensure efficient Salesforce implementations by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Adopt Agile methodologies to improve development workflows
- Maintain code quality, security, and compliance standards
???? Security & Compliance
- Adhere to GDPR & ISMS standards for data privacy and security
- Identify, assess, and report security risks affecting data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA (Computer Science preferred)
✔ Experience: 6+ years in IT, 5+ years in Salesforce development
✔ Skills: Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, API Integrations
✔ Expertise in CRM practices
✔ Experience with Agile methodologies
✔ Strong problem-solving & communication skills
✔ Self-motivated and proactive
✔ Ability to work with minimal supervision
