Job Title: Sales Executive – Health Food Industry

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day Shift
Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred in food, millet, or health food industry)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for health foods and a strong background in sales, especially in millets or plant-based nutrition. You will work on both B2B and B2C sales, building relationships, promoting products, and supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities

???? Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business clients across retail, wholesale, and food service sectors

  • Implement strategic plans to meet/exceed sales targets

  • Expand market reach for millet-based health products

???? Product Promotion & Education

  • Conduct product demos and explain health benefits of our offerings

  • Participate in industry events and trade shows

  • Educate customers on millet nutrition and wellness value

???? Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Handle queries, feedback, and concerns promptly

  • Provide reliable after-sales support

???? Reporting & Sales Metrics

  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs and targets

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and market feedback

  • Align strategies with company goals

???? Market & Competitor Insight

  • Stay updated on food trends, especially in health and millet sectors

  • Report market intelligence to support R&D and marketing

???? Internal Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to tailor campaigns

  • Coordinate with product and R&D teams for client-focused solutions


Qualifications & Skills

✅ Experience:

  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the food industry

  • Experience with millets or plant-based foods is a strong advantage

✅ Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Strong CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player

✅ Education:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory)

✅ Personal Traits:

  • Passionate about wellness and sustainable food

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
