Job Overview

We are seeking a Saviynt Engineer to join our Delivery Services team. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to meet customer requirements and manage the technical aspects of Saviynt implementation.


Responsibilities

  • Install, integrate, and customize Identity and Access Management (IAM) software in client environments.
  • Communicate with clients regarding technical and functional aspects of the product.
  • Develop use cases, conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide support.
  • Perform regression testing and SIT testing.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and customize IAM solutions.
  • Lead solution demos and showcase product features.
  • Prepare technical and user documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software development and implementation experience, including 3+ years as part of a systems integrator or software company.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management and third-party IAM solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Saviynt, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web/App Servers, HTML).
  • Experience configuring and customizing IAM products.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • QA experience, including automated testing, test scripts, and test plans, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
  • Strong English communication skills and client interaction experience.
