Job Responsibilities
✅ GDS & NDC Expertise:
-
Proficient in Sabre, Amadeus, and NDC systems.
-
Expertise in NDC pricing and ticketing.
-
Ability to determine when to use GDS or NDC, depending on the airline/routes.
✅ Routing & Fare Construction:
-
Strong understanding of world geography and airline networks.
-
Knowledge of airline alliances, hub cities, and partner airlines.
-
Ability to create multicity logical routing and construct complex fares.
-
Experience with codeshare agreements, plating carriers, and fare families.
✅ Customer Service & Ticketing:
-
Find lower fares on ticketed PNRs while maintaining cabin class, fare type, baggage, and seat preferences.
-
Strong written communication skills for email interactions.
-
Ability to understand and respond to passenger queries effectively.
✅ Shift & Work Environment:
-
Willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Qualifications & Experience
✔️ Education: Graduate (IATA/Travel Diploma preferred).
✔️ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in complex GDS bookings.
