Role Overview
As the Senior Manager, Careers & Alumni Development – India, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding Return & Connect in India. This role involves strategic leadership, employer engagement, project management, and alumni development to create impactful career opportunities for returning Indian graduates.
Key Responsibilities
???? Strategic Leadership & Advisory
✔ Develop and execute INTO’s India strategy for Return & Connect
✔ Advise partner universities on enhancing career services for Indian students and alumni
✔ Design and implement graduate recruitment initiatives in India
???? Employer Engagement & Partnerships
✔ Build strong relationships with Indian and multinational employers
✔ Promote participation in Return & Connect’s recruitment and internship programs
✔ Support employers in enhancing their brand visibility and graduate hiring strategies
???? Project Leadership & Management
✔ Lead major projects on behalf of overseas universities
✔ Manage teams, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact
???? Graduate Careers Advisory & Insights
✔ Provide expert insights on the Indian job market to overseas career teams
✔ Conduct webinars, social media content, and local reports to guide graduates
✔ Host career events to support students in job searches and interviews
???? Alumni Engagement & Student Recruitment Support
✔ Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies for partner universities
✔ Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to showcase alumni success stories
✔ Organize events connecting prospective students, alumni, and industry leaders
