Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Consultant with strong global experience to drive strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will specialize in brand positioning, market expansion, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies across international markets.
This is a contract-based, flexible role, ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
???? Marketing Strategy & Execution
✔ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
✔ Leverage market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning
???? International Market Expansion
✔ Provide insights into localization strategies for international growth
✔ Develop strategies for global brand positioning & market penetration
???? Digital & Performance Marketing
✔ Oversee digital, social media, content, and email marketing campaigns
✔ Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation, conversion rates & ROI
???? Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
✔ Work with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives
✔ Mentor and guide marketing teams, promoting best practices & innovation
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Experience & Expertise
✔ 10+ years of marketing experience, with 6+ years in a global or regional role
✔ Proven track record in developing & executing international marketing strategies
✔ Strong understanding of B2B marketing, brand positioning & product marketing
✅ Technical & Analytical Skills
✔ Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, CRM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
✔ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
✅ Soft Skills & Work Approach
✔ Excellent communication, storytelling & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines & drive results in a consulting capacity
✔ Preferred: Experience in the Fintech industry
