Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
✔ 6+ years of experience with network routing protocols, design, and troubleshooting
✔ 6+ years of experience in at least one of the following Cloud Networking technologies/protocols:
- IS-IS
- VXLAN
- BGP
- EVPN
- Network Virtualization
- VMware Engine (NSX-T)
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ VMware Network Certifications (VCP-NV, VCIX-NV, VCDX-NV)
✔ Experience with Cisco Networking Technologies (Firewalls, Switches, Routing)
✔ Familiarity with Private Networking Technologies (IPSec, SD-WAN, MPLS)

As a Network Engineer, you will:
✔ Design and implement network enhancements
✔ Monitor network performance
✔ Perform hardware and software adjustments
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues
You will play a critical role in keeping Google’s network secure, efficient, and available to ensure users can seamlessly access Google’s suite of applications, products, and services.

Google VMware Engine (GVE) helps customers migrate on-premises VMware workloads to Google Cloud without re-architecting applications. This service enables organizations to:
✅ Leverage existing VMware investments
✅ Maintain operational continuity
✅ Eliminate data center management and hardware procurement challenges
Responsibilities
???? Manage Google Cloud networking capacity in collaboration with the Google Cloud networking teams
???? Troubleshoot and resolve customer networking issues across:
- Google Cloud interconnects
- On-premises networks
- Domain Controller (DC) deployments
???? Implement new Google Cloud capabilities and upgrades in coordination with development teams
???? Plan and execute change management processes while ensuring service availability
???? Design and optimize network operations for VMware infrastructure
