We are seeking a 2nd Level Advanced Support professional to join our team. This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported issues related to CAE's Flight Plan Manager application, ensuring seamless operations for our airline customers.
You will work with complex functional and technical systems in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. This position requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and airline clients.
✅ Work onsite at the customer’s location to provide technical support.
✅ Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to the Flight Plan Manager.
✅ Implement technical solutions and configurations for existing customers.
✅ Support larger implementation projects and provide necessary technical assistance.
✅ Create and update solution documentation for internal and external use.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues via email, ticketing system, and internal meetings.
✅ Determine when escalations are required and involve senior management when necessary.
✅ Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues by troubleshooting customer environments or replicating problems in a lab setting.
✅ Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
???? Education: University degree or higher.
???? Experience:
3-5 years of experience in an Airline Operations Center (dispatcher experience preferred).
5+ years in customer interaction and technical support.
???? Technical Skills:
Advanced SQL knowledge.
Experience with MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Clustering.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (e.g., Change Management Process preferred).
Advanced computer software skills.
???? Soft Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work under pressure in an onsite setup.
Flexible to adapt to changing work schedules.
???? Quick learner: Self-motivated and able to learn through online training.
