About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled professional to join Appfire as a Senior Product Support Engineer. You will work with enterprise-class Appfire products and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), deployed globally across cloud and data center environments.

In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

✔ Diagnose, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for Appfire Apps in the Atlassian ecosystem.
✔ Work with SaaS, Virtual Environments, AWS, Azure, Docker containers, and more.
✔ Apply System Administration & DevOps (CI/CD) skills to integrate Appfire apps with Atlassian tools.
✔ Research and analyze L1-L2-L3 level software support issues.

Collaboration & Leadership

✔ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers and junior team members.
✔ Work closely with Leads, Principals, and Technical Architects.
✔ Handle customer complaints with autonomy and responsibility, ensuring resolution.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams and customers on escalated issues.

Development & Process Improvement

✔ Utilize knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Groovy (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Assist in the development of troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
✔ Continuously improve customer experience and product performance.


Skills & Experience Required

???? Education: B.E./B.Tech., MCA, or a similar field.

Technical Skills

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
✔ Experience in scripting, databases, and system administration.
✔ Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-class software products as a System/Application Support Engineer.
At least 3 years of experience working as an Application/System Administrator, collaborating with global teams.
✔ Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) is highly desirable.
