About the Role – Chief Software Developer
As a Senior Software Engineer at Thales, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and securing advanced software solutions. You will collaborate with Scrum teams to develop scalable, high-performance applications that prioritize security, efficiency, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
???????? Software Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and test secure software solutions and components.
- Contribute to requirement definition, architecture, and software design.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional system.
- Write well-documented, testable, and high-quality code.
???? Agile Development & Collaboration
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with software developers and engineers.
- Estimate work efforts and contribute to project planning.
- Share knowledge with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall product or solution.
???? End-to-End Software Lifecycle Management
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance features.
- Implement security best practices, including SSL, PKI, and authentication protocols.
- Utilize code quality tools like SonarQube, Fortify, and Nexus IQ.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Technical Expertise (Minimum 3 Years)
- Java 8 development experience with a focus on secure authentication.
- Keycloak & SSO authentication.
- Microservices architecture, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Netflix Stack.
- AWS Cloud Services (KMS, S3, Service Catalog, CloudFormation).
- CI/CD & DevOps Tools (Jenkins, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of SSL & PKI security protocols.
✔ Agile Development & Collaboration
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Experience in planning, estimating, and executing software projects.
