Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .Net Core and modern UI frameworks such as Next.js or React to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. The role follows a hybrid work model, balancing remote flexibility with on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will contribute 60% to UI development and 40% to .Net backend.
Key Responsibilities
???? Software Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .Net Core and UI frameworks like React or Angular.
- Build robust and scalable industrial safety applications.
???? Collaboration & Architecture:
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to define and implement software requirements.
- Contribute to system design and architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
???? Code Quality & Best Practices:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide constructive feedback.
???? Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization:
- Debug and troubleshoot existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Continuously improve system efficiency and optimize application workflows.
???? Continuous Learning & Agile Development:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Actively participate in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum, for timely feature delivery.
Must-Have Skills
✔️ Strong proficiency in .Net Core technologies.
✔️ Experience with Entity Framework.
✔️ Proficiency in modern UI frameworks (React.js, Next.js, or Angular).
✔️ Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
✔️ Strong system design skills.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
✔️ Ownership-driven mindset with the ability to take technical decisions and drive implementation.
✔️ Experience with xUnit for unit testing.
Good-to-Have Skills
➕ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies.
