Job Overview
Renesas' Analog & Connectivity Business Unit (A&C) is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge Memory Interface Devices. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a cross-functional team, driving products from concept to high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop & Optimize Test Programs – Create test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort using the Advantest 93K platform.
✔ Test Hardware Design – Develop hardware for high-speed applications.
✔ Enhance Yield & Testability – Collaborate with DFT/DFM teams to refine test methodologies.
✔ Test Pattern Conversion – Convert test patterns to Automated Test Equipment (ATE) formats.
✔ Ensure Robust Test Solutions – Implement best practices such as GR&R, HTOL, and Characterization procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ 10+ years of experience in hardware & software development for Wafer Sort & Final Test of High-Speed Products
✅ 10+ years of expertise in Advantest 93K platform
✅ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
✅ Effective communication & teamwork abilities
✅ Self-motivated, independent, and proactive approach
✅ Bonus: FPGA knowledge
