What You Will Do
✔ Lifecycle management of orchestration software, including testing, deployment, support, and maintenance
✔ Perform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and housekeeping of automation tools and infrastructure
✔ Ensure operations acceptance for new automations while maintaining orchestration standards & best practices
✔ Conduct incident investigation, problem management, and troubleshooting
✔ Drive continuous improvement through data analysis (SPLUNK)
✔ Configure, implement, and troubleshoot internally developed automations
✔ Collaborate closely with vendors, developers, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations
✔ Maintain relationships with colleagues and customers to enhance efficiency
✔ Deliver IT operations and support within requested timescales as per IT Operational Standards & ITS Process

✅ (Nice to have) Data analytics tools: SPLUNK
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 3-6 years of experience in IT operations supporting business-critical systems
✔ Strong Windows (power user) and Linux (basic administration) experience
✔ Proficiency in OS-related programming & shell scripting
✔ Excellent troubleshooting skills in large IT operations environments
✔ Fluent English communication skills
✔ Analytical mindset with goal-driven problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage stress and adapt in a fast-paced environment
✔ Solid understanding of ITIL and IT support processes
✔ Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)
✔ Knowledge of IT support & ITIL framework
✔ Experience with workload automation & orchestration tools
✔ Prior experience in large-scale IT operations & troubleshooting
