Job Responsibilities:
✅ Advise & arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals & groups).
✅ Conduct research & analysis on travel options, anticipating traveler needs.
✅ Arrange & book domestic and international business travel (air, road, rail, accommodation).
✅ Use Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) like Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus (Galileo experience is required).
✅ Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat.
✅ Work collaboratively within the team, providing mentorship and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of traveler needs.
✔️ Minimum 1 year experience in corporate travel bookings (US & Asia bookings).
✔️ Expertise in Galileo & Sabre GDS.
✔️ Chat-hub experience (preferred).
✔️ Strong verbal & written communication skills.
✔️ Ability to handle customer issues independently and work well in a team.
✔️ Strong knowledge of the travel industry (business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations).
✔️ Flexible availability to work afternoon shifts (12-8 PM) and weekends.
