Role: SEO Head
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Head to lead, strategize, and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving organic traffic growth and a deep understanding of SEO best practices and emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities
???? SEO Strategy & Leadership
✔ Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
✔ Lead and mentor a team of SEO analysts and specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
???? Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis
✔ Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify content opportunities and optimization strategies.
✔ Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
???? On-Page & Technical SEO
✔ Optimize meta tags, header tags, URL structures, and internal linking to enhance website performance.
✔ Ensure technical SEO aspects like site architecture, crawlability, and indexability are optimized for search engines.
???? Content & Link-Building Strategy
✔ Work with content teams to create SEO-optimized, high-value content aligned with user intent.
✔ Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
???? Performance Tracking & Analytics
✔ Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
✔ Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to measure effectiveness and ROI.
???? Industry Trends & Collaboration
✔ Stay updated on SEO industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies.
✔ Work closely with Marketing, Product, and IT teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.
What We’re Looking For
???? Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
✔ 10+ years of experience in SEO & Digital Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
???? Technical & Analytical Skills
✔ Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
✔ Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, with excellent project management and analytical skills.
???? Leadership & Communication
✔ Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire SEO teams.
✔ Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
✔ A strategic, results-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
