How You’ll Help Us
As a Service Engineer, you will:
???? Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and customers via phone or digital channels.
- Assist with commissioning support (both remote and on-site).
???? Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with international and local colleagues to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for inverter replacements and collections.
???? Service Partner Management
- Support qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners.
???? Training & Documentation
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal colleagues.
- Maintain accurate case documentation using CRM software.
???? Continuous Improvement & Customer Satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve products and processes for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine after-sales processes.
What You Bring
???? Education & Technical Background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Photovoltaic Engineering, or related fields.
???? Language Skills
- Native fluency in the local language.
- Business fluency in English.
⚡ Industry & Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of PV systems, energy storage, EV chargers in both distribution and utility-scale segments.
- Familiarity with product specifications, grid codes, competitive landscape, and tender requirements.
- Prior experience in the PV industry is a plus.
