Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Content Creator to develop, manage, and execute engaging content across our social media platforms. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can initiate innovative content ideas and has a strong creative vision.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

  • Develop high-quality, visually appealing content for social media (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

  • Create and edit videos, photos, graphics, and written posts tailored for each platform.

  • Shoot and edit both short-form and long-form video content.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee daily posting schedules across all platforms.

  • Monitor social media trends, engagement, and analytics, providing performance reports.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.

  • Stay updated on the latest algorithms and best practices for social media.

Content Ideation & Strategy

  • Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.

  • Analyze competitor social media strategies and propose new content approaches.

  • Proactively suggest new content strategies to increase audience engagement.

Other Duties

  • Assist with marketing-related tasks as required.

  • Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and tracking.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.

  • Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their audience dynamics.

  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative content ideas.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Portfolio showcasing previous work in content creation and social media management.
