Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Content Creator to develop, manage, and execute engaging content across our social media platforms. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can initiate innovative content ideas and has a strong creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Content Creation & Editing
-
Develop high-quality, visually appealing content for social media (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Create and edit videos, photos, graphics, and written posts tailored for each platform.
-
Shoot and edit both short-form and long-form video content.
-
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
✅ Social Media Management

Oversee daily posting schedules across all platforms.
-
Monitor social media trends, engagement, and analytics, providing performance reports.
-
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
-
Stay updated on the latest algorithms and best practices for social media.
✅ Content Ideation & Strategy
-
Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.

Analyze competitor social media strategies and propose new content approaches.
-
Proactively suggest new content strategies to increase audience engagement.
✅ Other Duties

Assist with marketing-related tasks as required.

Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and tracking.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.

Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their audience dynamics.

Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative content ideas.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Portfolio showcasing previous work in content creation and social media management.
