Role Summary

Avahi is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Social Media Marketer to amplify our digital presence, enhance brand awareness, and foster meaningful online engagement.

In this role, you will:
???? Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
???? Align content with marketing and business growth objectives.
???? Create engaging, data-driven content to build a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Social Media Strategy & Execution

✔ Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy and engaging social media campaigns.
✔ Research industry trends and manage thought leadership content across four key accounts.
✔ Identify relevant social media groups, engage with communities, and contribute valuable content.

2️⃣ Audience Engagement & Growth

✔ Manage and optimize LinkedIn connection request campaigns to expand Avahi’s professional network.
✔ Drive consistent engagement, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions promptly.
✔ Implement and manage company-wide social media gamification strategies to encourage internal brand advocacy.

3️⃣ Performance Tracking & Competitive Analysis

✔ Monitor and report on social media analytics, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
✔ Track Avahi brand mentions and conduct ongoing competitive analysis to maintain industry leadership.
✔ Collaborate closely with the ads manager to align organic and paid social media efforts.


Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Proven experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
✅ Strong content creation, community engagement, and data-driven decision-making skills.
✅ Experience running and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns and professional network growth strategies.
✅ Ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports.
✅ Strong communication and writing skills for compelling social media content.
✅ Knowledge of competitive analysis and brand monitoring techniques.

???? Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

???? Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing (mid-level).
  • 5+ years of experience for senior roles.
  • Experience in tech, cloud solutions, or consulting industries (preferred).
