We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer (SDE II/III) to join our growing Product & Technology team. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our CRM capabilities, building automation, integrating with internal tools, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across the HomeLane ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Salesforce development, understands CRM-driven workflows, and enjoys solving real-world business problems through technology.
Salesforce Development: Build and maintain scalable custom applications and features on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
Automation & Efficiency: Design workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline sales, operations, and customer service processes.
Integrations: Work with internal and third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., ERP, website, mobile app).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business, sales, and operations teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Implement solutions that maintain high data quality and enable accurate dashboards, reporting, and forecasting.
Performance Optimisation: Continuously improve codebase and architecture for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Preferred Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, and Process Builder.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs.
Understanding of CRM architecture, best practices, and deployment processes.
Strong programming fundamentals (JavaScript/Python preferred for integration workflows).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
Experience:
2–6 years of experience working on Salesforce projects in fast-paced environments.
Experience in consumer-tech or high-growth startups is a bonus.
Education:
Bachelor’s (or above) degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin) are highly desirable.
