Job Overview
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer - Test to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for test automation, framework implementation, feature testing, and ensuring high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop automated test scripts to speed up testing and software delivery
✔ Identify and implement improvements to testing frameworks and team capabilities
✔ Collaborate with development and product teams to define clear system requirements
✔ Analyze end-user needs to create and maintain test plans and test cases
✔ Execute manual and automated tests, debug issues, and suggest improvements
✔ Identify, reproduce, and document defects while verifying fixes
✔ Participate in agile development processes and continuous improvement efforts
✔ Act as the bridge between users and developers, ensuring requirements are met
✔ Propose and implement enhancements to quality control and development processes
Required Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of experience in testing, building, or supporting web applications
✔ Experience testing APIs and client applications
✔ Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
✔ Experience with test case management software
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to conduct candidate interviews and mentor team members
✔ Proven leadership in team building and fostering a positive work culture
Preferred Skills & Experience
✔ Experience with automated browser testing using end-to-end frameworks
✔ Proficiency in API testing frameworks (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
✔ Experience testing or supporting web applications, databases, and mobile systems
✔ Ability to write JavaScript or TypeScript code
✔ Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
✔ Passion for taking on unique engineering initiatives that make a difference
