We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, testing, and evaluating new or modified software products.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Software Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
- Evaluate operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirements gathering, and solution development.
- Ensure software solutions are reviewed, documented, and unit-tested before QA handover.
- Prepare and install solutions by designing system specifications and programming standards.
✔ Collaboration & Best Practices
- Work closely with developers, analysts, project managers, and QA teams.
- Participate in internal and external technical reviews.
- Follow best practices and established development standards.
- Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
- Recommend improvements by conducting systems analysis and proposing policy changes.
✔ Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and external customers.
- Collaborate on design principles and engineering best practices.
- Be resourceful and mentor team members when needed.
✔ Additional Responsibilities
- Take part in agile working teams with a broad skill set.
- Participate in department initiatives and projects.
- Adapt to fast-paced development environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
???? Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
- 0-2 years of industry experience (post BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA).
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
???? Technical Skills:
- C#/.NET, VB.Net, WebAPI development experience.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or Cache.
- Experience with Angular 10+ is a plus for building scalable and high-performance UI components.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, system management standards, and design patterns.
